Processing of refund requests for Carnival events that have been cancelled (February 26 and 29) is suspended and will resume as soon as the service reopens.

In case of cancellation due to bad weather, we ask you to please return, within one month following the event, the postmark (ordinary tickets) or the date of return e-email (e-tickets) will serve as proof of the date of sending :
- The form (here below) completed with your personal data.
- Your bank details (bank account number, name and address oh the bank, IBAN, BIC and SWIFT code)
- Your complete ticket(s) with stub(s)
